Good but crowdedThe tour itself was good and the guide was knowledgeable, but the group was too large (15 people). Would have preferred a smaller group experience. The sites visited were beautiful though.

Unforgettable sunriseThe hot air balloon flight was a dream come true. Waking up at 4am was worth it for those views. The pilot was very experienced and we felt completely safe. Champagne toast at landing was a nice touch.

Disappointing experienceTour was cancelled due to weather but we were not informed until the morning. Rescheduling was difficult and customer service response was slow. The actual tour when it happened was okay but the service needs improvement.
